IDX has a complex service offering with different group size and pricing term options. Their products have a lot of complexity that is hard to show in a simple way. The design team created a clean design that captures that complexity. We created a content model that allowed for easy site editing without sacrificing the flexibility the site editors needed. The site is built using CraftCMS with custom plugins for CRM integration and real time product demos.

Fastest is the industry leader in sealing connection tools for leak tests and fluid transfers. Their product models have multiple components with a lot of purchase options. We created interactive product list and detail display tools that allow customers to find exactly what they need.

In addition to marketing and product display tools, Fastest needed internationalization, ecommerce, and a distributor portal. We worked with Windmill Strategy to plan features, create designs, and build a great end product.

Orders are processed using a custom Shopify integration which leverages Shopify tools for fulfillment, taxes, payment, and shipping.

Quote requests and other leads are handled using a custom lead dashboard which allows fastest to send leads to their distribution partners for contacting potential customers.

Holland Supply Company had just come under new managment and had migrated their operations to NetSuite from and older proprietary system. They needed to modernize their web presence and wanted to be provide their customers with a full suite of online tools to access their data. We worked with Windmill Strategy to create a new design that incorporated search and online ordering for products which frequently had 8 or more configuration options resulting in hundreds of product variations.

We built a custom integration with NetSuite to allow for real time product data and pricing. We also built a custom product configurator that allows customers to select the exact product they need and add it to their cart. Because some products needed direct sales interactions we incorporated a quote request system that paralleled the online ordering to allow customers easy accessto the sales team.

Plural Publishing is a leading publisher of academic and professional books in the fields of speech-language pathology, audiology, and otolaryngology. They needed a site that could handle a large library of textbooks with purchasing options for e-books, paper books. In addition they needed a system for maintaining supplemental web based content for their textbooks. We worked with Windmill Strategy to create a design that was clean and easy to navigate.

Site purchases are handled with a custom Shopify integration that syncs order data to an interal ERP system and also provides point of sale tools for trade shows and other events. The site also has custom onboarding tools for students and faculty to register and access microsites for each publication.
